Today, I’m here to talk about what to do to get your home ready for sale this spring. Every year, I send out reminders about what to do to get your home ready for the busy spring market. My suggestions didn’t apply from 2020 to the summer of 2022. It seemed like no matter how dirty or unkempt a home was; it would sell at record time and for a great price. Then the market shift hit us in the second half of 2022, and now we can’t ignore the clutter and the dust.
I have a list of some of the simple and inexpensive things you can do to get top dollar for your home. Most of it just takes a little elbow grease and can be completed in a weekend or two. If you do these things, you’ll see a return on your investment.
I realize that some homeowners can’t do some of the suggested items, perhaps due to time or physical limitations. If that’s the case, call me.
